Testing included:
Supply power to the unit & setting it to its highest temperature setting (135°C) and tested using a thermometer. This showed the unit heating up to what reads ~135°C on the unit, and the thermometer reads ~115°C (see photos #7-8), which is realistic and in the ballpark range of where it should be for a surface temp reading.
