TESTED VWR 1326 Oven Gravity Convection Oven w/ Omega DP8PT Digital Temp Meter
Testing included supplying the oven with power and setting the temp adjustment dial to its max. Following this, a thermometer was used to read the oven temperature, which obtained a reading of 201°C (see photo #13) showing appropriate heating ability.
