Bird Electronics 5012 Wideband Power Sensor 350-4000MHz USB RS232 Tested Works

Used see photos. Tested with a 500MHz signal, unit is able to be configured and monitored through the software (not included). When we connected it to a PC, it self calibrated successfully and measured power of one of our RF sources correctly. See last photo for our test.

This is a Bird Electronics 5012 Wideband Power Sensor for RF and microwave power measurement from 350 MHz to 4.0 GHz. The 5012 is an inline wideband sensor used for measuring forward/reflected RF power in communications, RF service, broadcast, amplifier testing, radio systems, antenna line testing, wireless equipment service, and general RF lab work. Published specifications for the 5012/5012D family list 150 mW to 150 W average power, up to 400 W peak power, 50 ohm nominal impedance, low insertion loss, and USB / RS-232 / digital power meter interface options. Unlike traditional Bird Thruline meters using plug-in elements, this wideband sensor covers a broad frequency range without swapping elements, making it useful for multi-band RF test setups. Tested and working as shown. Calibration date/status is unknown unless a current calibration certificate is specifically pictured. Used; includes only the Bird 5012 sensor and accessories shown in the photos. No calibration certificate, RF cables, adapters, attenuators, computer, software, power supply, meter, manual, or additional accessories are included unless pictured.
