Includes original operating manual (seen in last photo).

In rough physical shape (has a few buts of missing plastic, doesn't have stand/holder anymore), but good electrical shape. When the alligator clips are plugged together, the meter measures zero to within tens of microvolts. Also accurately measured the DC power supply of 5 volts (power supply not included in purchase), which is known to supply slightly higher voltages than displayed.
