The main seal is a 2.75" DN35CF Flange and the 2 side pump flanges are 1.33" DN16CF flanges

Differentially pumped rotary seals provide 360º of continuous rotation through the vacuum wall of a UHV system. They have two stages of differential pumping isolated by graphite-impregnated, expanded, PTFE seals on special sealing surfaces.
