Powers on when plugged in (fan spins). Front LEDs do not turn on. Unit is in poor shape, which is why it is being sold as "For Parts or Not Working". It has cracks along the top (see photos), the rear ports are bent in, it is missing the screw that fixes the plastic case to the metal interior, etc.
