For Parts - the oven does work:
Oven turns on and heats up to 186°C but the original locking mechanism on the door does not work. So there is an external metal latch on the outside that we added to keep the door closed, see photos. You also have to lift up slightly on door to close it. Also, this oven only draws about 7A when we ran it - this may indicate that one half of the heater is not working since it was exactly half of the rated power. Again, this oven is in overall "FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING" condition - it has some quirks that will need to be put up with.
