Thermolyne FA1738 Muffler Furnace with CPS-A8729 Dubuque III Solid State Controller
Tested works, heated up to 1163°C (see 4th photo to see our thermocouple) when our thermocouple topped out. It gets hotter, but we had no way of measuring it. Furnace is in good overall shape. Takes 208V input, 28A 1-Phase power.
Insulation in the furnace is very good - we let it cool off over night while the furnace doors were closed, and it was still warm the next day when we checked it to retrieve what was left of our thermocouple.
