This chamber was previously used for a light analytical application. See photos. In very good condition overall. All conflat flanges are in good shape and seal to high vacuum. Inner diameter of the chamber (main cylinder) is just about 3.75 inches. The ID of the side cylinder is about 2.25 inches.
The following are the ports present on the chamber:
2x rotatable 6” DN100CF ports
1x fixed 6" DN100CF port, with 4x BNC electrical feedthroughs
1x rotatable 2.75” DN35CF-DN40CF port
All ports have through-hole bolt holes, except for the bottom 6" flange is threaded. All flanges are Varian brand. See photos for port configuration.
