This chamber was previously used for a light analytical application. See photos. In very good condition overall. All conflat flanges are in good shape and seal to high vacuum. Inner diameter of the chamber (overall cylinder) is just about 5.5 inches.
The following are the ports present on the chamber:
2x rotatable 8” DN160CF ports
2x rotatable 6” DN100CF ports
2x rotatable 4.5” DN63CF ports
All ports have threaded bolt holes, all flanges are rotatable. See photos for port configuration.
