UHV High Vacuum-Friendly XY Linear Stage Stainless Steel Minimal Outgassing
Came out of a Bruker Mass Spectrometer. Was completely contained inside a vacuum chamber. Lots of high-grade stainless steel parts, stepper motors, and a microplate mount. The mount for microplates can be removed in favor of other sample mounts. Used. See photos.
One axis stroke is about 10mm, the other is about 16mm.
