Varian DN100CF ConFlat UHV liquid nitrogen dewar / cryoshroud assembly for MBE, semiconductor, thin-film deposition, and effusion cell source applications. This vacuum-side LN2 cooling jacket appears designed to mount around or near an MBE / Knudsen-style effusion source to reduce thermal radiation into the chamber, cool the source port region, and provide cryogenic shielding/cold-trapping during high-vacuum deposition processes. Assembly includes a DN100CF main flange with DN35CF and DN16CF ConFlat auxiliary flanges/ports for source mounting, instrumentation, feedthroughs, shutter hardware, or related UHV accessories depending on system configuration. Sold as used Varian semiconductor vacuum hardware; liquid nitrogen hold time, leak rate, flange sealing condition, and exact system compatibility are untested unless otherwise stated.
