VINTAGE FIVE-POINT WB-509W 5-Ton Capacity Bottle-Style Jack, Missing Release Valve

For Parts/Not Working. Can pump properly however, it is missing a release valve for lowering the jack. Was used in a college shop course. See attached photos.
