This Zaber A-LSQ150D-E01 is a high-speed motorized linear stage with built-in controller and motor encoder, designed for precision positioning, automation, optics, and instrument-integration work where a self-contained single-axis motion platform is preferred over a loose motor-and-controller setup. Zaber’s LSQ family is a screw-driven linear stage platform with recirculating ball bearings, and the A-LSQ-E series specifically combined the stage, motor, encoder, and controller into a single computer-controlled unit with slip/stall detection and automatic recovery features. The 150 mm travel D-version is the coarse-resolution, high-speed configuration in this family, intended for applications where faster travel is more important than ultra-fine step size.
